Visited Grind X Studio in Sector 104 and honestly it’s not your typical gym. It’s more of a movement studio with a mix of gymnastics, calisthenics, aerial silk, pole training, and even traditional strength workouts like gada and mudgal.The setup is clean and well-equipped (noticed they even use proper X-Pole gear), and the overall vibe feels premium yet focused.
